Camper/Family Requirements Before Camp
1. If your child is sick, anyone in your household is sick, or your child has been exposed to COVID-19 within the past 2 weeks prior to camp, you will need to contact us. We can reschedule for another camp session or refund your money.
2. Health History Review: A Health History was completed at the time of your online registration which included immunization status, medications, and health or dietary concerns. A nurse may call you prior to drop-off if more information is deemed necessary.
3. 72-Hour Pre-Camp Questionnaire: Will be emailed to you at least one week prior to your camp session. Print out the form and turn in a hard copy or we will have a blank copy for you to fill out at the time of drop-off.
MUST be signed by a parent or legal guardian

This form is REQUIRED to enter camp.
4. Train your child before camp:
In partnership with parents, we are asking parents to please instruct your child to certain safety guidelines before they come to camp.
· How to social distance
· Sneeze and cough into their elbows
· How to properly wash their hands
· How to avoid touching their faces
· How to tell counselors when they are not feeling well
5. Lice Checks: We will not be conducting lice checks at camp due to social distancing protocols. Please check your child prior to arrival to camp. Here is a helpful link with instructions.

7. Parents will transport their child to Camp Howard:
Due to social distancing requirements, we will not be able to utilize the busses to transport your children to camp. A drop-off and pick-up schedule will be assigned prior to camp starting along with more specific driving instructions.
· Campers should not ride to camp with people other than members of their household. No carpooling.
· Campers will be dropped off at camp by one parent. All other family members must stay in their vehicles.
· Every camper will have their temperature checked and be evaluated for coughs. Individuals with a fever over 100.4 should not be allowed to enter camp.
· After a camper has been accepted into camp by the nurse their parent is free to leave camp.
