Note: If you participated with our SPX Cross Country or Track & Field teams last season, you can reuse your black singlet (it is the same). Athletes can wear their preferred black shorts, shoes, etc.
PRACTICE SCHEDULE - Practices will be held on Tuesday & Thursday from 5:45 to 7:00 PM at Oak Hills.All practices are held at various parks and trails within 3-4 miles of SPX.
