Note: If you participated with our SPX Cross Country or Track & Field teams last season, you can reuse your black singlet (it is the same). Athletes can wear their preferred black shorts, shoes, etc.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE - Practice times and locations are TBD. All practices times and locations will be available on the TeamSideline calendar once the season begins.
All practices are held at various parks and trails within 3-4 miles of SPX.
