This program is designed for "intermediate" swimmers (participants must be beyond beginner level and comfortable with their face in the water prior to camp) with program activities geared to build upon existing basic swim skills. Swimmers will review the fundamentals of body position and stroke mechanics to become more competent swimmers.

Components of all four competitive strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly) will be covered during the camp. Attention will be given to each individual, working through a personalized progression that fosters confidence while pushing to new skill levels. Games will be incorporated into the water activities to ensure that all campers are having fun while learning new life-saving skills to benefit a lifetime.

CYO Director of Swimming, Mark Lee, will teach the camp. A complimentary t-shirt is included. Open to camper ages 7-14.
