CYO PHILOSOPHY



What are the requirements to be a CYO Coach for any sport?

1. Fill out a Coaches Agreement // Head or Assistant - Club or NonClub)
2. Submit your background check online // (Available Under Forms)
3. Fill out a Coaches Application // first time CYO coaches only
4 . Get certified in the ASEP course. (Available online or at a location - check the calendar for dates/times).
5. Get certified in the Called to Protect program. (Available through Catholic schools/parishes or the CYO office).
6. Hand in all your forms to your athletic director before practice begins.

*Football and Cheerleading have more requirements.
