times and easier processing. Please inform your Athletic Director
once you have submitted yours, so they can let us know and we
will get it processed so you can coach.
These must be submitted by all persons , EVERY YEAR who wish to coach a CYO sport.
We cannot accept background checks that were done
through the Archdiocese or your school/parish.
