BACKGROUND CHECK

Background checks will be performed ONLINE EVERY YEAR on all coaches, head, assistant, intern and CYO Club athletic directors. They must be submitted online through the CYO website. The CYO Club athletic director and/or the applicant coach will be notified if an applicant is ineligible to participate in the CYO organization. Permission to coach or be a CYO Club athletic director within the CYO organization requires successful completion of a background check. An individual permitted to participate in the CYO organization is responsible for notifying CYO of any change in background information that might render them ineligible for CYO service.

We cannot accept background checks that were done through the
Archdiocese or your school/parish.

Please inform your Athletic Director once you have submitted your background check, we will get it processed.
