COUNSELOR IN TRAINING

Our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program is designed for the development of leadership and communication skills.  Completion of the CIT program involves attending both years of the program, with each year containing one (1) two-week session. CIT’s will go home on the weekend. The price includes both weeks. Our CIT program is divided up into the following manner:

CIT II A & B (Year 2)
The second year of the program is desinged to give the CIT’s advanced tools and knowledge for leadership in the camp setting.  During their second week as a CIT II, they will lead a Day Camp cabin.
