Where to catch the bus for camp?

When to leave Pdx & arrive back (on Fri) in PDX?

You need to have your child to the bus stop by 2:15 pm on Sunday as the bus leaves at 3:00pm sharp! Bus will return on Friday between 5:00 & 5:30pm depending on traffic.

The Madeline is located at 3240 N.E. 23rd and Klickitat.

What time do we bring the kids to the bus/pick up the kids after camp?

For Day Camp: Monday thru Thursday, drop off is 8:00 am, busses leave at 8:30. Pick up time is 5:30 pm.
For Mini Camp: On Sunday, drop off is 2:30 pm, busses leave at 3:00/ Wednesday, pick up time is 5:30 pm.
For Weekend Camps (Family Camp not included): On Friday, drop off is 1:30 pm, busses leave at 2:00. Pick up time is Sunday around 5:30 pm.
For all Sunday thru Friday Camps: On Sunday, drop off is 2:30/Pick up is on Friday at 5:30.

How does my child choose a cabin mate, there is no place to make a request on the registration?

Children will choose cabin mates at camp. Shortly after arrival, the kids will be asked to link arms with their friends and will be put in a cabin together.

Is a new health form required every year?

We are an ACA accredited camp which requires our campers to have a current health form on file every year. Health forms expire 1 year from the date of the doctor’s signature and must be valid all the way through their camping session. The doctor needs to sign the form every year and a change for the 2012 season states that the physical is required every 12 months and must be valid all the way through the camping session).
